(Updated 7/22/10) Although I am an
Alpine breeder of many years, I have
always admired Saanens. At the
Albuquerque, NM show this summer, I
was visiting Ralph Zimmerman & Joel
Smith's pens and admiring their girls
when "Smile" caught my eye. She was
very STRETCHY & ELEGANT WITH A
BEAUTIFUL MAMMARY SYSTEM. I told
Ralph I really liked her and we began to
joke about me taking her home. The
more we talked the more I liked the idea
:)) So we struck a deal and before the
day was over she had gone GCH in 3 of
4 rings and BDIS in one ring. Since
bringing her home we like her even
better. She is very correct, productive
and WHAT A WONDERFUL
PERSONALITY!! (I know it is the Saanen
thing LOL) We are learning about her
Nat. Champion packed pedigree! Thank
You Ralph & Joel for allowing us to own
her .... As our 1st Saanen adventure.
